Competency based interview
The competency based interview is designed to assess a candidate's strengths and weaknesses in the key competencies required by the role:
- Think about how you structure your responses: The STAR method is a structured manner of responding to a behavioral-based interview question by discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation you are describing
- Prepare examples of relevant transferrable experiences
- Consider what questions you have for Efficio
- Do your research on Efficio and think about your motivation for wanting to join
