About the Role
Efficio is seeking a Resourcing Administrator to join our Resourcing and Project Delivery team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their careers in the staffing function of a global consulting company. You'll work closely with an experienced team to support the smooth running of our resource management processes. Your contributions will ensure accurate data and effective consultant deployment—key elements in driving our financial and operational success.

Key Responsibilities
As a Resourcing Administrator, you’ll gain valuable experience in:
· Improving data quality in our Salesforce-based ERP system (FinancialForce) to support business intelligence.
· Acting as a key liaison for consultants with timesheet or staffing-related queries.
· Ensuring data accuracy for forecasting and assisting the Staffing team in providing timely updates.
· Running regular data updates and reports in line with internal processes.
· Supporting operational changes to enhance the efficiency of our staffing function.
What We're Looking For

· A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
· Eager to learn and work effectively under pressure.
· Collaborative team player, capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
· Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
· Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
· Proactive, curious, and adaptable to new technologies, systems, and processes.
· Calm, empathetic, and diplomatic when interacting with others.
· You must have the right to work in Portugal and be open to occasional travel to London.
Additional Skills (Desirable):
· Familiarity with Salesforce or FinancialForce systems.
· Understanding of business operations in a professional services environment.
· Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic.
