Simon Lipscomb

Simon has more than 20 years of procurement experience across both the private and public sectors. He has worked as a consultant, within industry and as a civil servant, and he now leads Efficio’s public sector work. 

Simon brings broad expertise across the UK public sector, with experience of complex procurement and supply chain projects in central government, health, local government, and defence. His has a deep understanding of procurement technology and extensive experience in digital procurement, having implemented many solutions in companies and government bodies around the world covering the full spectrum of source-to-pay functionality.
