Efficio, the world’s leading procurement and supply chain consultancy, is delighted to announce the promotion of six outstanding leaders across its global offices from Principal to Director. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional commitment to client success, business growth, and talent development within Efficio. Their expanded roles will further strengthen our ability to deliver value to clients worldwide.

Promoted leaders:

  • Adi Bijedić – Since joining Efficio’s Düsseldorf office in 2018, Adi has played a pivotal role in managing multi-year client relationships. Passionate about fostering a collaborative office culture and developing consultants, Adi will now focus on expanding our private equity and corporate client base across Europe.
  • Ali Suddle – Joining Efficio in 2016 as a Business Analyst in London, Ali relocated to Dubai in 2019 to support the firm’s expansion in the MENA region. Ali has led programmes across multiple sectors such as private equity, financial services and telecommunications. As a trusted advisor, Ali will focus on supporting clients to drive value for money from their third party spend.
  • Andy Craig – Andy joined Efficio in 2014 to support Efficio’s partnership with Peel Ports in Liverpool. In 2020, Andy transitioned to our public sector practice, where he has helped build Efficio’s reputation for excellence in delivery in the UK. Moving forward, Andy will focus on supporting Efficio’s public sector practice globally.
  • Mohamed Abdullah – Since joining Efficio’s Dubai office in 2021, Mohamed has been a key figure leading major delivery programmes in the capital and infrastructure sectors. In his new role, Mohamed will focus on scaling our managed services engagements in MENA and beyond.
  • Murray Matheson – Murray joined Efficio in 2015 and has worked across MENA, New York, and London. He has driven significant changes in initial Opportunity Assessment (OA) processes resulting in delivering numerous new long-term projects. Murray will now focus on broadening the global impact of the OA team and strengthening our private equity relationships.
  • Tibor Sotkovszki – Since joining Efficio in 2012, Tibor has worked across multiple offices, leveraging his multilingual skills to lead complex engagements. Tibor has recently led the creation of Efficio’s third North American office in Mexico City. Tibor will continue to lead large international programmes while expanding Efficio’s global delivery model capability.
