Funding a procurement transformation: approach, mandate and tools

This workshop is planned to discuss and share experiences around planning and delivering a procurement transformation with a focus on early stages. Its vital that the ‘start is right’ and develops the ‘right momentum’. This includes decisions around:

• Ensuring the right mandate for procurement to lead and drive
• Ensuring early funding discussions and approaches to achieve a ‘self funding’ set up
• Ensuring right systems, tools and governance is set up for enabling, tracking and measuring progress  

Different organisations may achieve this in different ways and we look forward to discuss this further while sharing some of our experiences on what has worked and how.
