Our speaker Simon Whatson, Principal at Efficio, will present the results of our latest major research study "The Human Factor - Strategic procurement and the leaders of tomorrow". This year’s research will explore how a more tech-savvy, collaborative and strategically minded future procurement workforce will ultimately require a reshape of organisational design, and serve as much as a driving force of transformational change to the procurement function, as technology itself. This event will also provide the opportunity to network with senior industry professionals and exchange experiences across sectors.

About the speaker

Simon Whatson, Principal at Efficio, is a digital procurement expert. As well as supporting clients to develop and execute digital procurement strategies, he has hosted events such as the inaugural World Digital Procurement Summit in 2019 for senior procurement professionals. He has written several articles on the topic and been quoted widely in the procurement press.
