Whilst many companies fail to adopt a structured approach to implementing risk management, Danfoss have intensified and invested in this area over recent years, adopting a proactive and holistic approach to identifying risks up front and implementing strategies to mitigate and take action early. Thomas will share his insights on the impact this approach is having on the procurement function and wider business.
