The topic of the event will be about managing performance in outsourcing, especially for business critical services. We will discuss how to utilize the strengths in a partnership and collaboration with an outsourcing partner without losing perceived control. Are there some do’s and don’ts in an outsourced model? Is there not a one fits all model? Each company and partnership must find the right operating model to maximize the benefits.

About the speaker

Stefan Bergfors, Senior Vice President Global Operations at Jabra, will open the evening's discussion. Stefan has been more than 20 years in the Telecom and Consumer Electronics industry, in charge since 2017 of Sourcing, Logistics and Outsourcing at Jabra.

 

The company

Jabra is a Danish brand specializing in audio equipment, and more recently videoconference systems. It is owned by GN Audio, which is part of the Danish company, GN Group.

The event will take place at Nimb, one of Copenhagen's most renowned hotels which combines a world of gastronomic excellence and a century of inspiring history. Celebrated for its gastronomic excellence for more than a century, the House of Nimb in Tivoli Gardens is one of Copenhagen’s most illustrious establishments.
