About the speaker

Steve joined Jet2.com as Procurement Director in September 2014, having previously worked in senior procurement roles for the Crown Commercial Service and Arcadia Group; as well as other procurement management positions in retail (Great Universal Stores and Argos), manufacturing (Vickers, Pilkington, Plessey and Ferranti) and consultancy (Mass Transit Railway, British Steel).

Marcus Wareing, working with his chef patrons Mark and Shauna Froydenlund, creates inventive, enticing modern British dishes.
