Speaker: Ralf Gasche, Executive Coach at Excellent Leadership
In a complex business world, any leading position requires assertiveness, integrity and the ability to communicate and act effectively on the executive level. Especially for CPOs, a successful and convincing communication can determine the standing of the procurement business unit. Procurement is central in its role for any company due to its many interfaces with other key business units. Inconsistent leadership by a CPO causes deficits in the procurement processes and ultimately effects major units of a company. In order to avoid such shortcomings, executive coaching is an efficient way to ensure great leadership qualities. This event will bring together CPOs, executive managers and a guest speaker experienced in the field of leadership to address the important topic of executive talks and communication and initiate a lively discussion.
