Our MENA team is going through an exciting period of growth and is Efficio's second largest and fastest growing region globally. To support this growth, we are hiring a Government Relations Officer for our Riyadh office. The Government Relations Officer will be committed to fostering strong relationships with government entities to ensure regulatory compliance, promote Efficio's interests, and contribute positively to the socio-economic development of Saudi Arabia.

What will you be doing?

  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with various government agencies and officials
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between our company and government entities
  • Facilitate communication with government entities whilst advocating for our interests, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the HR, Operations and Legal teams
  • Who we’re looking for:

    We'd love to hear about any additional skills or experiences you bring to the table. We're particularly interested in individuals with:
    • A minimum of 6 years of experience working in government relations within Saudi Arabia
    • Robust knowledge of Saudi government laws, procedures, and immigration rules
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials, other external stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, problem solve and develop proactive solutions
    • Strong multicultural awareness and willingness to be part of an international team
    • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
