Thomas has a vast experience of leading large-scale transformation projects across the globe. He deals with end-to-end procurement transformations with a particular focus on change management and the delivery of tangible results.

He has experience across multiple sectors, particularly Pharma, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Automotive and Food. Thomas has significantly contributed to building up and growing Efficio’s German operations.
