Sarah has two decades of consultancy experience across procurement, supply chain, and operations in a range of sectors, including manufacturing, retail, hospitality and healthcare. Notably, she works with client teams to deliver sustained improvements by developing their team culture and capabilities.

She has built her expertise through leading Category Management for UK retailers and a wide range of supply chain transformation projects. Whilst leading strategy development and operational transformations for Efficio, Sarah's collaborative approach ensures our clients have access to the wide range of procurement SMEs.
