Paul has 30 years of industry experience across the entire end-to-end supply chain and 8 years of consulting experience, with a focus on driving transformative step-change improvement in customer experience, costs and business processes.  He specialises in the interaction of planning and inventory on network design in order to fully leverage an organization’s operating model going to market.  He has supported a number of manufacturers, distributors, wholesales and retailers including Private Equity entities across both North America and Europe. His experiences go across the entire distribution spectrum of B2B, Direct to Consumer, BOPIS, BORIS, and 3-level distribution through wholesale channels.

He has lead transformations across a large number of CPG verticals along with Food & Beverage, Industrial, Chemicals, Furniture, Consumer Durable, Transportation and many others.
