Julian Taylor

Julian has 25 years' experience, with the majority of his time in industry. He works across the supply chain, with a particular focus on sourcing and procurement, where he has led global teams responsible for direct and in-direct categories. Julian has worked on significant procurement transformations focussed on organisation and process designs. Julian is a Chartered Engineer and has also led teams responsible for Supply Chain Operations, Supplier Development, Supplier Quality and Supplier Relationship Management.

Julian has particular expertise in manufacturing, with extensive time in the Automotive sector and a number of years in Aerospace and Defence. He has lived and worked in China for 5 years and managed teams across in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
