Joe Gross

Joe is a key lead within Efficio’s public sector practice, driving Efficio's response to the Procurement Act, and the capability lead for regulated procurement.

Joe has delivered multiple complex Commercial and Supply Chain programmes for his clients.  He has a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes, encouraging his teams to be professionally curious and go over and above to deliver.  Previous experience includes developing and embedding the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for the Vaccine Task Force (VTF) as part of the UK’s national response to the Covid Pandemic, and delivery of managed procurement services for clients in the defence sector.

Joe specialises in delivering end-to-end commercial programmes from planning and opportunity identification, through sourcing and negotiation to contract and supplier management for clients who are subject to the UK’s Procurement Regulations.
