Gil Gorev

Gil is experienced in commercial and procurement consulting, both in terms of transformation and operational delivery. He has worked across multiple sectors but is primarily a public sector specialist, working with clients in central government, defence, health, and local government, helping them transform their commercial functions, deliver major programmes, and train and develop their teams.

Gil works with clients across all aspects of procurement and supply chain, from Outsourcing, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, to setting up new commercial teams and delivering capability improvement and training programmes.
