Declan Feeney

Declan became an advisor to Efficio in 2012, after 13 years in private equity at Permira and Fondinvest. He leads the firm’s Private Equity sector, and is responsible for ensuring Efficio provides the right team and delivers the best results in direct and indirect spend, capital expenditure or working capital savings programmes.

Declan specialises in issues around Private Equity value creation programmes and post-merger integration, providing support to Private Equity group operating partners or deal teams during the opportunity assessment and implementation phases of Efficio’s projects. In addition to his Private Equity experience, Declan has worked on a number of public and private company post-merger procurement synergy transactions.

He has worked with companies in the industrial, business services, telecom and software sectors.
