Christo has over 20 years of procurement transformation experience gained with leading consultancy firms in South Africa and the UK. He delivers outstanding client service, driving numerous key client relationships, and has played an integral role in supporting Efficio’s sustained global growth.

Christo leads procurement transformation projects both large and smaller scale across multiple geographies and industry sectors. He has deep expertise across the full procurement spectrum (including opportunity assessments, strategic sourcing and target operating model design). His category experience includes both direct and indirect spend. 

He works with clients across financial services, private equity-owned manufacturers, utilities, warehousing and transport, mining companies and retailers / distributors.
