Ben Smerin

Ben has 25 years of multi-sector experience including Automotive, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing Food & Beverage, Technology and Oil & Gas.  He has global experience in Procurement, Supply Chain and Transformation, built on a mix of industry and consulting roles. He works with clients on transformation programmes including Target Operating Model, Procurement Excellence, Digital Transformation, Value Delivery, and leads Efficio’s global Source to Pay practice. Ben enjoys working with clients to deliver step change in their performance, unlocking significant and sustainable value.  Focussed on driving holistic Procurement Excellence, Ben typically works at C-level to identify, shape and deliver company ambitions.

Ben has worked and led engagements across the Americas and Europe and is now based out of our Dubai offices, taking on a leadership role in Efficio’s Middle East growth agenda.
