Yehui Wu

Yehui has over 10 years of experience working in procurement and finance functions, both externally as a consultant and internally as a client. She has helped procurement organisations through the Source to Pay process, as well as in developing strategy, process improvement, target operating model design, change management, training, and managing the development and implementation of digital solutions.

Yehui has worked with clients across the world, and has deep experience working with and within the public sector.
