We are recruiting for our London office where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 500 people. London is Efficio's global Headquarters where consultants based in London will support clients across the UK and Europe with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

Was wirst du machen?

  • Providing Service Desk support (local and remote) to Efficio staff - as required, where appropriate, with a high level of UX and QoS
  • Help deploy and maintain Efficio assets across the network
  • Troubleshooting and solving hardware/software issues
  • Client/Stakeholder management at all levels
  • Ensure and help maintain security of data assets, network access
  • Maintain and track priorities and objectives
  • Maintain Asset Register/Catalogue – ensuring information is current
  • Help communicate and train users in line with introduction of new solutions, technologies
  • Work in accordance with agreed delivery standards and documentation including ISO 27001
  • Maintain/adhere to policies, standards, and procedures – where appropriate suggest/advise changes/amendments 
  • Ensure work is carried out in line with agreed SLA’s
  • Liaising with suppliers to support our technical supply chain
  • Ownership of key infrastructure (i.e. Airtime agreements, cloud services, core network) 
  • Respond to and diagnose major incidents and any escalated issues
  • Lead internal technical projects through its complete lifecycle (inception to delivery)
  • Develop and improve processes relevant to the role
  • Help the team to thrive – advice, upskilling…a point of technical escalation for the team
  • Deliver and drive operational improvements (e.g. Automation)
  • On-board new joiners and off-board leavers

    Required sills / experience:
    •At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience within a hands-on technical role
    •Sound understanding of ITSM tooling (such as Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk)
    •MS Office 365 Suite administration
    •MS Endpoint Manager/Intune
    •Proven working experience in enterprise/professional environment
