We have HR professionals in most offices, but core team operates from the UK, with a high level of global team working, communication and collaboration. This role is for a global payroll lead and will suit someone who is collaborative by nature, enjoys problem-solving, describes themselves as a perfectionist and would enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment. Role overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced global payroll lead to oversee and manage the payroll operations across our international offices. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global payroll processes, compliance, and best practices. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local regulations in each country.

Core Duties
• Global Payroll Management: Own the end-to-end payroll process for all employees across our global offices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. To facilitate the implementation of a global payroll provider.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in each country. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across all locations.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external payroll service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and addressing any issues promptly.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, including regular audits and reconciliations.
• Integration: Work closely with the HR, Finance, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll systems with other business processes.
• Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues. Resolve discrepancies and ensure excellent customer service. In addition, the ability to capture, update and incorporate local regulations, changes, taxes, etc and act as a pivotal point between HR and the Payroll providers, where applicable.
• Involvement & ownership with other HR-related areas including global benefits.
