Our MENA team is going through an exciting period of growth and is Efficio’s second largest and fastest growing region globally. We currently have 350 employees based in MENA. To support this growth, we are hiring a Government Relations Officer for our Riyadh office. The Government Relations Officer will be committed to fostering strong relationships with government entities to ensure regulatory compliance, promote Efficio’s interests, and contribute positively to the socio-economic development of Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support and manage business development activities contributing to the rapid growth of our MENA operations. Based in Riyadh, the region’s head office and BD Hub, this role requires 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field. Candidates should have a strong understanding of ERP systems such as Ariba, Oracle Fusion, Jaggaer, and tendering platforms like Etimad. Reporting directly to the Head of MENA Business Development, you will collaborate with key departments, including Finance, Consulting, and Marketing, to drive business growth.

Manage and execute the full bidding lifecycle for the MENA region, from registration to proposal submission and follow-ups.Oversee sales pipeline activities, including tracking leads, updating proposals, and ensuring the accuracy of data within Salesforce.Maintain and update a comprehensive CRM database with precise and reliable information on clients, prospects, and opportunities.Organize and manage structured proposal folders, ensuring efficiency and accessibility across the region.Oversee legal documentation, including contracts, NDAs, and agreements, and provide regular updates on their status.Generate actionable reports to measure and track the progress of business development initiatives.Assist in creating high-quality proposals, sales pitches, and marketing collateral tailored to client needs.Coordinate client events and meetings, handling logistics such as venue bookings, invitations, and approvals.Provide essential administrative support to the BD team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Native Arabic speaker with exceptional proficiency in English (written and spoken).Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as Ariba, Oracle Fusion, and Jaggaer.Familiarity with tendering platforms, particularly Etimad, and other regional systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.1-2 years of experience in business development or a related role
