Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly!

Our Resourcing and Project Delivery team plays a crucial role in allocating our 800+ consultants to client projects. As we continue our expansion in the US, we are looking for a Senior Resourcing Advisor to join our staffing team and support our 100+ US consultants. This role will work closely with US leadership to ensure effective resourcing and consultant development.

  • Proactively manage mid-term resourcing, supporting both junior and senior project staffing to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Partner with the global staffing team to identify resourcing needs based on sales projections and recruitment plans, enabling smooth consultant movement between regions.
  • Own the allocation of consultants to US projects, aligning with individual development aspirations and ensuring optimal project performance and utilisation.
  • Utilise Certinia (FinancialForce) to track resource utilisation, demand, and forecasts, keeping it updated as the central source of truth for staffing.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to monitor resource requirements linked to new sales opportunities, and adjust forecasts when necessary.
  • Work closely with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and Mobility teams to support consultant career growth, identify training needs, and maintain compliance with global staffing policies.
  • We’re looking for an organised, proactive individual with a passion for people development and experience in a similar people-facing role, ideally within staffing, but also possibly recruitment or L&D. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and have a genuine interest in supporting consultant growth.

    We’d love to hear about any additional skills or experiences you bring to the table. We're particularly interested in:
    - Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience managing and analysing large datasets.
    - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
    - Ability to adapt to different working styles and personalities, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
    - Experience in resource management technologies like Salesforce, FinancialForce, or Workday would be beneficial.
    - Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is an advantage.
    - An interest in coaching, mentoring, or people development is a plus.
