Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly!
Our Resourcing and Project Delivery team plays a crucial role in allocating our 800+ consultants to client projects. As we continue our expansion in the US, we are looking for a Senior Resourcing Advisor to join our staffing team and support our 100+ US consultants. This role will work closely with US leadership to ensure effective resourcing and consultant development.

We’d love to hear about any additional skills or experiences you bring to the table. We're particularly interested in:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience managing and analysing large datasets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to different working styles and personalities, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience in resource management technologies like Salesforce, FinancialForce, or Workday would be beneficial.
- Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is an advantage.
- An interest in coaching, mentoring, or people development is a plus.
