We are recruiting for our internal contractor recruitment team where you'll be joining a growing team responsible for the sourcing, engagement, onboarding and ongoing management of Efficio’s contingent workforce.

Was wirst du machen?

  • As an internal recruiter, you will be partnering with colleagues up to VP level in consulting, staffing and the wider recruitment team to develop and deliver contractor recruitment solutions internally.  
  • You will be hands-on, owning the relationships with individual hiring managers and your candidate pipeline
  • You will be managing the full lifecycle of contract engagements from sourcing to offboarding
  • You will be proactively networking with the candidate market to build and manage our talent pool aligned with business needs

    - Prior recruitment experience with a focus on direct sourcing (gained either from an agency or in-house)
    - Knowledge and recent practical experience of recruiting contingent labour
    - International experience in addition to the UK (eg US / Europe / MENA / APAC)
